1. Eligibility

   • Any registered user of the app may create or participate in a Lucky Draw.

   • Participation is voluntary and void where prohibited by law.

2. Prizes & Winners

   • The total prize and number of winners are determined solely by the Lucky Draw creator.

   • Instant Draw: Winners are awarded on a first-come, first-served basis. For example, if 20 winners are set, the first 20 users who successfully open the Lucky Draw link will win.

   • Scheduled Draw - there are three stages:

     1. Join - user can join the Lucky draw until the draw date determined by the creator

     2. Draw - from the draw date, 3 days are the period where users joined (during the join period above) can draw from the Lucky Draw and win a prize

     3. Close - 3 days after the draw date, the Lucky Draw is closed and no further draws are allowed

   • Random Prize: Prize amounts are randomly assigned among the winners. Each winner may receive a different amount.

   • Even Prize: Total prize amount are evenly distributed to the number of winners.

   • All prizes are considered gifts from the creator to the participants.

3. How to Enter

   • Follow the instructions within the app to join a Lucky Draw.

   • No purchase is necessary to participate.

4. General Conditions

   • The Lucky Draw is facilitated by Gluon as a platform provider.

   • Gluon is not the sponsor of any Lucky Draws created by users.

   • By entering, participants agree to these rules and to the decisions of the Lucky Draw creator and Gluon, which are final.

   • Gluon may remove or suspend any Lucky Draw that violates applicable laws or platform policies.

   • Apple is not a sponsor or involved in any way with this contest, sweepstakes, or any Lucky Draws on this platform.

   • These rules are always accessible within the app.
