Gluonfest Campaign – Official Rules & Terms

1. Overview

Gluonfest is a promotional campaign organised and sponsored by Gluon ('the Company'). The campaign consists of drop events held across the campaign period, each offering real digital assets as prizes. By participating, participants agree to these Terms.

2. Campaign Period

The campaign start and end dates will be announced via Gluon's official channels. The campaign includes Weekly Lucky Drops, Daily Drops, and a Season Big Drop finale. Gluon reserves the right to modify the schedule at any time.

3. Eligibility

  • Any registered user of the Gluon app may participate in a Gluonfest drop event.

  • Participation is voluntary and void where prohibited by law.

4. How to Enter

4.1 Weekly Lucky Drops

  • Every Gluon user receives an entry upon joining a Weekly Drop in the app.

  • Additional entries may be earned by completing in-app activities, as specified within the app for each drop.

4.2 Daily Drops

Daily Drops are announced via Gluon's official Twitter/X account (@gluonmoney). Entry requirements, prize details, and eligibility conditions are announced on the day of each drop. Participation is subject to Twitter/X's Terms of Service.

4.3 Season Big Drop

Any participant who has joined at least one Weekly Drop during the campaign is automatically entered into the Season Big Drop. Entries accumulated across all Weekly Drops carry over and count toward the finale.

5. Prizes & Winners

All prizes consist of digital assets distributed through the Gluon platform. Prize tiers and amounts for each drop event will be announced via official Gluon channels.

  • Weekly Lucky Drops and the Season Big Drop feature multiple prize tiers: a Grand Champion, Major Winners, and Community Winners.

  • Daily Drop prizes are announced on the day.

  • Prizes are non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash.

  • Winners are solely responsible for any applicable taxes in their jurisdiction.

  • Gluon reserves the right to substitute any prize with one of equal or greater value.

6. Winner Selection

Winners are selected at Gluon's discretion from eligible entries. All decisions are final and binding. Winners will be notified via the Gluon app or their registered contact details. Unclaimed prizes may be forfeited after a period defined in the app.

7. General Conditions

  • Participants may only hold one registered Gluon account. Duplicate accounts will be disqualified.

  • Any attempt to manipulate or game the entry system will result in disqualification.

  • By entering, participants agree to these rules and to the decisions of Gluon, which are final.

  • Gluon may remove or suspend any drop event that violates applicable laws or platform policies.

  • Gluon is the sole organiser and sponsor of Gluonfest. Apple Inc. is not a sponsor of, nor involved in, any Gluonfest drop events.

  • Gluon is not liable for technical failures affecting participation or prize delivery.

8. Privacy

Personal data collected during the campaign will be used to administer the campaign and notify winners, in accordance with Gluon's Privacy Policy.

9. Availability of Rules

These rules are accessible within the Gluon app and on Gluon's official website.

10. Changes to Rules

These rules are subject to change at any time. Continued participation constitutes acceptance of any updated Terms.
