1. What is Gluon Card and how does it work?
Gluon Card is a credit card that you can use to spend your balance on Gluon App anywhere Visa is accepted. You keep your balance in Gluon Card account, and when you make a purchase, the merchant is automatically paid in their local currency.

2. What are the requirements to sign up?
You'll need to verify your identity with a valid government-issued ID and a quick selfie.
You must be 18 or older and live in a country or region where the card is supported.
Some locations may not be eligible due to local regulations.

3. What are the fees and costs involved?
Most everyday use is free when using Gluon Card, there are no monthly charges, and virtual cards issued at no cost.
The main cost to be aware of is when you spend in a currency different from your base, on where a small foreign exchange fee applies (-1.5%). Other special services, like international spending, can also have minor charges. See our Card Terms for more detail.

4. How do I get and activate my card?
Start by downloading the Gluon app and creating an account, then go to Spend section to activate your card.
If you order a physical card, it will be shipped to you in about 2-3 weeks.

5. What are the transaction limits and spending restrictions?
Like any card, there are limits on how much you can spend or load each day or month.
Some transactions may also have maximum amounts, and there may be a cap on how much you can keep in your account at once. If you go over these limits, your transactions could be declined until you complete further checks.

6. Which tokens or currencies are supported and how does conversion work?
Gluon Card supports spending of your balance on Gluon App. When you make a payment, the merchant receives payment in fiat currency, determined by the BIN origin of your card. If the merchant settles in a different currency than your card's default currency, standard network fees and foreign exchange charges may apply.

7. Where is this product accepted, and are there geographical restrictions?The card works anywhere Visa is accepted, which means online, in-store, and worldwide. Certain countries and merchants may not be supported due to regulations.

8. How long does verification or sign-up take, and what if it fails?
In most cases, verification is quick and completed within minutes. if extra checks are required, it can take up to 72 hours
